Kyodo Taiko (響童 太鼓) is the nation’s first and oldest collegiate taiko drumming team. For 32 years, Kyodo Taiko has provided the unique form of Japanese drumming to the community through captivating performances and interactive workshops. Kyodo has two meanings: “family” and “loud children.” Kyodo Taiko functions as a family and loves to share the joy and spirit of taiko.
