Brunch is back! Brunch returns to Redbird on Saturdays and Sundays with reservations from 10am – 2pm.

Chef Neal Fraser and Amy Knoll Fraser‘s flagship restaurant Redbird features Modern American cuisine that is refined yet approachable and highlights the multi-cultural influences of Fraser’s native city – Los Angeles.

Here you can enjoy seasonal plates ranging from snacks to entrees meant to be enjoyed by the whole table. You don’t want to miss their amazing cocktails by Tobin Shea who received Time Out’s Best Restaurant Bar Program Award in 2017. We recommend refreshing cocktail Forbidden with bimini gin, lustau olorosso sherry, giffard pamplemouse and lemon.

Their brunch, though, is the real star of the restaurant. You can choose between Burrata salad with strawberries, cocoa nib, coriander, watercress and verjus, classic Frittata with spring onion, oven roasted tomato, savoy spinach and comte, delicious Shrimp & Grits with soft egg, charred tomato sofrito and pickled peppers, sweet tooth favorite Bld ricotta blueberry pancakes with berkshire maple syrup and many other brunch options you can check out here. They also serve brunch cocktails such as Modern Mimosa with chablis and clarified orange juice and Good Morning Vietnam with venezuelan rum, amaro, cold brew and coconut cream.

Wine Director Josh Wibbenmeyer‘s wine list is well rounded with great finds from both established and emerging wine regions throughout the world and has received many awards including “Top 100 wine restaurants in the United States” by Wine Enthusiast and the “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator.

Redbird is carved into one of the city’s most historic architectural gems, inside the former rectory building of Vibiana – the cathedral-turned-event-venue. Designer Robert Weimer and Amy Knoll Fraser created a dynamic space that pays homage to the cathedral next door and the existing timeless architecture by inserting simple modern forms to complement rather than overtake the feel of the rooms. The result is a warm and comfortable considered space.
