With all this beer, you’re definitely gonna need food, so Chef Matt from @esbcsliceandpint has put together a proper German menu:
- @rockenwagnerbakery salted soft pretzel with Hüftgold Festbier beer cheese
- House-made beer bratwurst cooked in VollerKOLSCHster, with sauerkraut, onion, stoneground mustard, on a French roll
- Bratwurst plate: beer braised bratwurst, spaetzle, sauerkraut, onions, stoneground mustard
- Kasespatzle (cheese spaetzle) with emmentaler cheese

And what’s an Oktoberfest-style party without some polka? Well, just a party. To avoid throwing “just a party,” they’ve hired @hammersteinband to play traditional Oktoberfest music from 3:00-6:00 to help get you in the spirit!
