Founded in 1987, Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch is a family-owned and operated business that focuses on bringing the farm to the city and celebrating the magic of Halloween. Becky and David Campbell, drawing inspiration from their farm in Silverton, Oregon, originally opened the patch in Westwood when they realized how few opportunities there were for Los Angeles-area children to experience farm life at an urban pumpkin patch.

Mr. Bones focused on creating a spooky, fun space for families wherein kids could learn more about nature and the environment while celebrating the more traditional side of Halloween.

As Mr. Bones grew, it changed locations and ownership. Becky’s daughter, Lyra Marble, began running the business in 2001. Lyra oversaw the patch’s move to the border of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, where it continued to thrive for another 9 years and became known as a celebrity haunt.
After Hollywood, Mr. Bones has gone on to become an institution in Culver City, drawing westside crowds from Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and as far away as Manhattan Beach and Calabasas. It has become a part of thousands of families’ Halloween traditions!

Mr. Bones offers a huge selection of pumpkins, gourds, and squash from farms in Northern California and Oregon, several of which are organic.

They sell a wide variety of carving kits, Halloween decoration, apparel, and Mr. Bones branded items on-site at the Patch. If you need to fill a large order of carving kits for a party or corporate event, we are happy to help and can offer a discount on bulk orders.

- Pumpkin Village – Come explore the Pumpkin Village where Mr. Bones and his friends reside!
- Mr. Bones Super Slide – Check out Mr. Bones’ Super Slide! (Due to safety restraints, we cannot let adults slide with their children)
- Tipi Village – Rest or play in our shaded tipis. Fun for kids of all ages!
- Giant Rocking Horses – Grab a friend and go for a ride on Mr. Bones’ Giant Rocking Horses, hand-made by our family
- Itsy Bitsy Spider Bounce – A little spider for our littlest bouncers. This one’s for the small kids only!
- Straw Maze – Kids can explore the tunnels below or jump and climb on them from above!
- Petting Zoo – Come play with our goats, sheep, and piglets!
- Pumpkin Decorating – Includes the pumpkin and all the decorating materials – just bring your own creative spark! Fun for all ages.
- Dancing Spider Bounce – A big bouncer for the big kids!
- Rainbow Slide – Slide down Mr. Bones’ very own rainbow!
