Sant’olina at the Beverly Hilton offers a perfect mix of Mediterranean cuisine with a Southern California spin

At Sant’olina you will try amazing Mediterranean cuisine with a Southern California spin. Chefs Michael Teich and Burt Bakman mix vibrant herbs and spices to create a healthy menu packed with flavor; from the traditional recipes from Tel Aviv shuks to the modern Californian touches, each dish tells a different story.

Sant’olina is located atop of the historic Beverly Hilton with open-air views of Los Angeles. They offer dinner service nightly and brunch service on weekends.
