Free Thriftopia Flea Market Brings 200+ Vendors to South Los Angeles

South Los Angeles residents can explore a massive free flea market featuring Pokemon cards, vintage clothing, and trendy collectibles this Saturday at South Park. The Thriftopia Flea Market promises nine hours of shopping, entertainment, and community fun without any admission charge.

The marketplace will showcase over 200 vendors selling everything from trading cards and Labubu figurines to Y2K fashion and streetwear. Shoppers can hunt for Pokemon merchandise, Sonny Angel collectibles, vintage clothing, sports memorabilia, and unique artwork throughout the day.

Beyond shopping, the event transforms South Park into an entertainment destination. Two stages will feature more than 20 performing artists, while DJs provide continuous music. Families can enjoy carnival attractions including a Ferris wheel, bounce houses, and games. Food trucks and beverage stations will keep attendees fueled, with full bars available for visitors 21 and older with valid identification.

Organizers emphasize arriving early since the venue operates on first-come, first-served basis. Despite being free, the location has limited capacity and will stop admitting guests once maximum occupancy is reached. VIP tickets ($25) offer front-stage viewing for those wanting premium entertainment access.

The Los Angeles event reflects the growing popularity of flea markets and vintage shopping among younger generations. Local entrepreneurs and collectors use these gatherings to connect directly with customers while building community around shared interests.
