Two of the best goats will jump around while you do yoga at one of the best breweries in LA.<\/p>\n<p>You will be joined by two pygmy goats on the patio at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hidefbrewing.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HiDef Brewing C<\/a><\/strong>o in Downtown Los Angeles for a premium goat yoga experience. Doc and Gizmo will jump on your backs and trot through your legs throughout the whole hour-long specially-designed Goat Yoga class.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Event details:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Please bring your yoga mat and a towel.<\/li>\n<li>Please arrive promptly to check in and set up your mat.<\/li>\n<li>A limited number of mats will be available for rent.<\/li>\n<li>Class is held outside the brewery.<\/li>\n<li>Parking is available in the lot on W12th &amp; Margo for $2 for 4 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Goat Yoga details:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>ALL yoga experience levels and ages are welcomed and encouraged.<\/li>\n<li>The goats are leashed and are trained to do yoga with you.<\/li>\n<li>The 40lb goats will jump on your back! It&#8217;s a nice massage, but you can opt out if you like.<\/li>\n<li>Take photos during class! You will also have plenty of time after class for individual and group photos with the goats.
